Responsibilities

• Lead employee onboarding and orientation
• Lead the Health and Safety committee
• Manage HR systems and process administration, including payroll coordination
• Conduct formal investigations into allegations of misconduct
• Manage data integrity and security in HR systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ of HR experience
• Working knowledge of Canada Labour Code
• Post-secondary education in HR
• Working knowledge of employee group benefits
• Dedication and empathy
