Job description

A global fast-paced professional services organisation is looking for a HR Manager to join the team. This is a full-time role, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

This role is a key member of the HR team, offering both strategic and operational HR support to business groups. You will help drive HR strategy, process improvements, and support the implementation of the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy in the UK.

The role requires a proactive approach to continuous process improvement and the ability to manage change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide expert HR support to designated business groups.
  2. Manage all HR needs for these groups, delegating as needed to HR advisors and operations.
  3. Partner with senior leaders on people planning, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, and training & development.
  4. Support early careers programs in collaboration with recruitment and talent teams.
  5. Drive D&I initiatives, working with external partners and analysing D&I metrics.
  6. Lead organisational design and change management initiatives.
  7. Contribute to process improvements, new benefits, and reward tools.
  8. Use data to improve decision-making and reporting on people-related matters.
  9. Oversee performance management and salary review processes.
  10. Coach senior leaders on employee relations, change management, and difficult conversations.
  11. Lead HR projects like job evaluations, restructures, and performance management improvements.
  12. Support the implementation of the UK HR strategy alongside senior HR leadership.

About You

  1. Experience in HR operations in mid-sized or larger organisations, with a focus on new ideas and best practices.
  2. Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices (European expertise a plus).
  3. Confident in managing organisational change and transformation projects.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Experience with TUPE processes is desirable.
  6. Comfortable in fast-paced environments, able to prioritize and delegate.
  7. Ability to provide practical advice and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  8. Experience in LLPs or global US-based organisations is a plus.
  9. A generalist HR professional with a balance of tactical and strategic skills.
  10. Proven track record of driving inclusivity and mentoring HR professionals.
  11. Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  12. Highly analytical and results-driven.
