We are looking for a talented HR Generalist passionate about customers to join our team.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will work with leadership and specialists to contribute to Teleperformance’s culture of collaboration, accountability, and FUN – making Teleperformance a Great Place to Work. You will support the strategy and operations of our employee experience including assisting with the onboarding of new employees, navigating and solving employee relations matters, and collaborating with supervisors and managers on people management matters.

Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English
- At least five (1+) years’ experience in a Human Resources role that includes coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training, leave management and/or HR project or program implementation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- CHRP/CHRL preferred
- Critical thinking, proactive attitude, strong writing and oral communication skills.
- Demonstration of strong time and work management skills with a progressive, people forward attitude.
- Strong knowledge of provincial employment law and regulatory bodies including CNESST
- Experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Must produce documentation verifying eligibility to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with the Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and other shared services functions to support new employee onboarding.
- Partner with all departments to provide consultation for business processes, and provide guidance on employee management
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide timely resolution by providing guidance to leadership and working directly with employees
- Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions.
- Participate in HR Related projects to ensure project deliverables are effective and completed on time
- Consult and advise on Human Resources policies and practices, and partner with the HR Compliance & Policy specialist on the development of new policies.
- Support HR and Health and Safety Committee on grievances and accident and incident related issues, including tracking information for reports.
- Partner with Human Resources management and legal team to respond to external employment matters
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention
- Ad-hoc French translations
- Understands and promotes Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
