Position Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist will function as a trusted advisor to all employees at all levels, including senior management, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and strategic solutions. This role manages the full employee life cycle for their aligned business unit. Additional responsibilities include delivering efficient HR services including interpreting and applying HR policies, performance management, organizational and management development, employee relations, employee coaching, and organizational analysis. The HR Generalist will also identify any trends, root causes, and solutions to improve organizational/team satisfaction.
Main Duties:
The Human Resources Generalist will partner with business unit management to align HR strategy to business objectives; coaching, counseling, and providing strategic solutions for all HR-related client issues. This includes but is not limited to partnering on employee relations situations, performance management, interpreting and applying HR policies, and overseeing HR procedures. The Human Resources Generalist plans, coordinates, and executes projects across assigned client groups.
