Insight Global is seeking a HR Generalist to join a successful industrial group. The successful candidate will support the Human Resource function specifically recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement by supporting the management team on daily tasks and activities to increase employee morale. The key focus point of this position is to ensure that we are meeting our recruitment needs in a timely manner improving time to hire and ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times. This position requires a high level of interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organization skills and multitasking capabilities as well as excellent communication skills. The HR Generalist will report directly to the Head of Human Resources.

3-5 years of previous HR and end to end recruitment experience
Excellent communication & documentation skills
Strong interpersonal relationship skills
High volume recruitment and ability to lead the interview process - pre screening, coordination, follow up, offers and onboarding
Prior experience in a manufacturing, industrial, shop floor or manual labour environment.
