Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Support strategic decision-making by evaluating and enhancing workforce data and analytics systems.
  2. Establish and maintain an HR data reporting calendar aligned with HR, performance, and employee lifecycles.
  3. Provide consultative guidance to internal stakeholders on HR analytics requests.
  4. Act as data steward to improve data accuracy and maintain quality of HR Systems. Partner with HR Administration and Payroll Teams to leverage data from various systems (e.g., Kronos, ADP Workforce Manager, Oracle HCM, Skillsoft).
  5. Weekly reporting of status of customers onboarded and their transactions.
  6. Collect and compile HR metrics and data from multiple sources. Analyze and submit HR data for government reporting and compliance. Identify non-compliance instances in workforce data usage to improve data literacy.
  7. Support new time and attendance solution implementation and People Data related projects.
  8. Support an execution of Midland HR processes, such as Employee Engagement Survey, Check-Ins, Succession Planning, Career Aspirations, etc.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. You have a post-secondary degree/diploma in Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
  2. You have 2-5 years’ relevant work experience.
  3. You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access, Power BI, SmartSheet, Oracle, and similar HCM systems.
  4. You have exceptional technical literacy and continuous learning desire.
  5. You have excellent problem solving and prioritizing skills.
  6. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
