Agilus is recruiting for a HR Coordinator in the Cabinet industry in Abbotsford, British Columbia. The HR Coordinator is essential in assisting the Human Resources department by managing numerous administrative and operational duties, which encompass recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, training coordination, and the upkeep of HR records.

A day in the life:

1. Recruitment: job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
2. Assist in the onboarding and orientation process
3. Employee records, benefits administration, and employee enrollment
4. Support the employee training and development programs
5. Create and track HR employee documents, such as employment contracts and performance reviews
6. Participate in Health and Safety initiatives, for instance, H&S committees, attend to meetings

Must have:

1. Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. HRIS experience
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
4. Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to draft reports with data-driven evidence
6. High level of confidentiality
7. Previous HR experience
8. Exposure to Health and Safety will be highly desired

Total rewards:

1. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually
