POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Coordinator supports the Manager of Human Resources and Operations by handling essential HR functions and maintaining accurate employee records (Primarily digital) throughout the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include recruitment assistance, conducting background checks, managing documentation/digital staff files, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The HR Coordinator will use Bamboo HR to maintain digital records and leverage other HR technologies and tools to streamline processes. Additionally, this role will involve coordinating training, team building, and workplace engagement events that promote a positive and inclusive culture. The HR Coordinator may also provide support for various HR projects and initiatives as needed, using a range of software and technology platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Position Type: Exempt
Wage Rate: $30-$33/hour (Wage rate will be determined based on experience)
Position Type: Temporary, Part-Time, FTE- 0.5/18.75 hours per week
