The role

The HR Change Manager will form part of a project team responsible for supporting the University with organisational change. This is a significant and complex change project involving a large team of people. The role will be responsible for the management of all HR and employee relations activities within the change management process.

About you

You will bring significant experience of providing high quality HR change processes, including TUPE transfers, and advisory services within a complex organisation.

You will have a strong understanding of TUPE processes and regulations, and will have the ability to prepare and collate documentation for consultation. Be confident liaising with trade unions while supporting people engagement activities to ensure buy in and commitment to change. You will have experience of interpreting and successfully applying comprehensive policies and procedures along with the ability to successfully guide stakeholders through the effective implementation of large-scale change.
