Our client, a leading global digital infrastructure company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Manager of Organizational Design to join their team. What You'll Do :
- Strategic Design & Implementation : Develop and implement cutting-edge organizational design strategies that align with business goals, optimizing target operating models, role definitions, governance structures, processes, and capabilities.
- Lead Change Initiatives : Drive the implementation of organizational design changes, ensuring alignment with approved models and approaches.
- Workforce Transition Mastery : Develop and manage comprehensive workforce transition plans, including timelines, dependencies, and contingency strategies.
- Executive Liaison : Act as the primary liaison between the Organizational Effectiveness team and business leaders, ensuring seamless communication and clarity.
- Facilitate Team Effectiveness : Lead team effectiveness sessions and realignment discussions to align OD implementation with workforce capabilities and business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring : Oversee tracking mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of workforce transition and structural changes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with Client Services / HRBP business leaders and other stakeholders to lead communication and engagement initiatives, supporting morale during transitions.
- Continuous Improvement : Document lessons learned and implement continuous improvements for future organizational design implementations.
- Project Leadership : Lead the project management of change and OD implementation activities, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
- Project Planning & Execution : Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Oversee cross-functional teams and project-specific change management workstreams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and milestones.
- Risk Management : Proactively identify risks and issues, developing solutions to mitigate potential impacts on project outcomes.
- Reporting & Governance : Maintain project status reports and provide regular updates to key stakeholders, establishing a clear governance framework.
What You Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Human Capital consulting, with a focus on Organizational Design, Change Management, HR, and Project Management.
- Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end change management efforts for large-scale organizational initiatives.
- Expertise in organizational design strategies, principles, frameworks, approaches, and solutions.
- Proven experience in implementing workforce transitions, role realignment communications, and team effectiveness strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
- Consulting experience from a major consulting firm is highly desired.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certification in Change Management or Organizational Design.
- Certification in Project Management.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is 50 / hr-75 / hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
