ATCO Structures is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Ontario and support our operations across Eastern Canada (Ontario and Quebec). If you're passionate about strategic HR solutions, driving organizational performance, and fostering an engaging work environment, this is the opportunity for you. This is an in office role and will be based in Grimsby, Ontario.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, in this role you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing expert HR guidance to leaders and employees, and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR programs across the region. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and French and will work closely with leadership teams to drive initiatives related to talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR operations.
