This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance. Job Description
Department Overview: The Branch Banking Human Resources team creates the People Strategy to support the Retail Banking Business across Canada. The HRBP supports both the Alberta and Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northern Ontario regions, inclusive of 14 DVPs with a portfolio of approximately 2660 colleagues across 212 branches. Working in partnership with the business the HRBP provides advice and council to business leaders to create the most effective talent, capability, and colleague experience solutions.
Reporting to the AVP Human Resources Branch Banking Western Canada, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work with the executive leadership team in their given portfolio to assess business needs and develop & implement HR strategies to support the business' key objectives and outcomes. The incumbent will leverage partnerships across the HR function to drive an integrated and collaborative approach to creating and delivering on people strategies.
