Purpose Statement

The Housekeeper will perform various housekeeping duties for multiple homes and structures on the property. Must be able to start mid-March and work through September. Work hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and weekends and overnights as needed.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

1. Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
2. Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
3. Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area
4. Making beds and changing linens
5. Washing windows
6. Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
7. Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
8. Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry
9. Ironing clothing items
10. Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools
11. Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
12. Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
13. Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
14. Steaming and cleaning draperies
15. Washing blinds
16. Tidying up rooms
17. Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
18. Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
19. Assistance with meal preparation and clean up as required
20. Dog walking
21. Other duties as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

1. Minimum of 1-3 years of working knowledge and experience in cleaning and sanitizing rooms to varying levels to meet requirements
2. Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment
3. Ability to adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate customer needs
4. Listening skills to make sure that meeting the needs of the clients for cleanliness and sanitation standards

10. Comfortable working with dogs and cats
11. Must have a driver’s license with reliable transportation

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries, and affiliates ('Rich's'), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$15.00-$20.00
