Job description

Hotel Night Auditor NOC 64314

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  2. Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments.
  3. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
  4. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  5. Assist clients/guests with special needs.
  6. Provide customer service.
  7. Perform same duties as workers supervised.
  8. Co-ordinate, assign and review work.
  9. Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  10. Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  11. Requisition materials and supplies.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: An asset

Salary: $19.76 per hour

Health benefits: Dental plan, Health care plan, Life insurance, Other benefits

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time

Hours: 35-40 hours per week
