Position Overview: As a Hotel Clerk Supervisor at The Explorer Hotel, you will lead the front office team in delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of front office staff, including hotel clerks and reservation agents.
2. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, resolving any guest concerns promptly.
3. Oversee room reservations, cancellations, and modifications, maximizing occupancy and revenue.
4. Train and mentor front office staff in providing outstanding customer service.
5. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and billing information.
6. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
7. Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
8. Address and resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a hotel front office role, with a minimum of [X years] in a supervisory capacity.
2. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
