Job Description

Joining our team means becoming part of an extraordinary and dynamic company! As an incredibly organized and detail-oriented team player, you thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional dining experiences from the moment they arrive. You’ll master our renowned systems and procedures while collaborating closely with both Front of House and Back of House teams. With your professional and enthusiastic work ethic, you’ll help set our restaurants apart and contribute to delivering unforgettable experiences that leave guests raving!

The Day to Day:

  • Availability Mon - Fri 10AM- 3PM, a must.
  • You exude a warm and welcoming presence, in person and over the phone, even under the busiest of circumstances.
  • You’re confident in your communication with Servers, Bartenders and Managers to maintain proper guest flow throughout the restaurant.
  • You escort guests to their table, engaging them in friendly conversation.
  • You’re detail-oriented and accurately take reservations over the phone and in person.
  • You understand that first impressions are everything and ensure that the front entrance, host stand and surrounding areas are fully stocked and free from clutter and debris.
  • You’ll be fully versed in a short time and know all table numbers and maintain awareness of each section in the restaurant.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in OpenTable is preferred.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday lunch hours, a must.
