Nestled in the heart of Hilton Toronto, our venue effortlessly transitions from morning café au lait to late-night indulgence. A twist on French classic inspired cuisine, our sinfully delicious plates bring a new level of excitement to the table.

We are looking for a warm, customer-focused Host to welcome guests and be part of the larger Frenchy team in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What will I be doing?

  • Provide exceptional customer service following the Frenchy standard steps of service
  • Serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner focusing on delivering a memorable guest experience
  • Confidently recommend menu offerings and accommodate dietary restrictions
  • Follow correct reporting procedures and assist in guest recovery situations
  • Ensure all food and beverage orders meet quality standards and are delivered promptly
  • Maintain brand standards and strive to achieve departmental targets as a team
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Ensure floor stations are stocked appropriately

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience serving in elevated restaurants
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy and ability to create win-win situations for guest recovery
  • Flexibility to respond to different work situations
  • POS systems, payment systems, and other related applications preferred
  • Flexible schedule; must be able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Smart Serve Certified
