Join Our Team as a Host at The Henry Public House in Cloverdale!

Are you friendly, outgoing, and passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere? The Henry Public House is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Host to join our vibrant team!

As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience. You'll help create an inviting and positive environment while ensuring smooth and efficient seating arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests to the establishment with a professional and friendly approach, ensuring a warm first impression
2. Efficiently manage the reservation system and the waitlist, seating guests in a timely manner
3. Assist in delivering drinks and food to guests, ensuring they have everything they need for a great dining experience
4. Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining area
5. Assist with daily and weekly cleaning tasks, ensuring the front-of-house area is well-maintained and inviting
6. Handle guest inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
7. Support the team by providing assistance as needed during busy shifts, keeping the flow of service smooth and efficient

Working Conditions:

1. Hours and shifts may vary. Includes working evenings, weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

1. Experience working in a customer service role, hospitality experience considered an asset!
2. Positive, can-do attitude
3. Ability to multi-task
4. Strong communication skills
