Overview Host/Expo
Hosts play the important role of being the first impression of the restaurant to our Guests. Smiling, and with an upbeat attitude, they ensure that our guests are seated based on their needs and the situation. They are responsible for acknowledging and thanking each and every Guest for their visit in a professional, sincere and friendly manner in person or by phone. They also coordinate with team members about available seating options and escort Guests to the right table and area.
Expos have the role of insuring order accuracy and maintaining our high standards before the food reaches our guests. They are responsible for packing up to go orders as well as organizing food for our guests dining in and ensuring food gets to the proper table.
The Host is accountable for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They demonstrate and believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
