What You'll Do:

1. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following standards and procedures, keeping with strict observance of the patient’s plan of care.
2. Provide the highest standard of care to our clients and their families with compassion and integrity.
3. Communicate regularly with the True Care staff and nursing supervisor.
4. Record and monitor clients' health and condition.
5. Adapt to different cultures and environments. Assist our clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to: light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, exercising, transferring with or without mechanical lifting devices, oral feeding, laundry, meal preparation, and errand running.
