Home Care Aide NEEDED For Elderly Veteran In Ruth, CA

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007 and help elderly people stay safe and well in their homes. We provide home care services in 15 states. We also offer same day pay options for our caregivers.

We are in need of a Personal Care Aide to assist one of our clients who is an elderly male Veteran and needs help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking - to stay independent at home. The job is located in the town of Ruth, CA.

This is a long-term position, requiring 28 hours per week. The schedule is flexible but must stick to the agreed schedule. Shifts can be structured as follows:

1. 3 visits per week, working 9 hours each shift
2. 4 visits per week, working 7 hours each shift

Compensation is $30/hour, which includes a $26/hour base rate plus a $4/hour bonus for working all agreed shifts during the pay period. The position is hired as a W-2 employee.

The job starts soon. Experience as a caregiver is required, but we can train on the specifics of the job. A background check will be performed.

Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test if not had one recently. You can go to your local County Health Department or CVS Minute Clinics for the test. Costs are $25 at County Health Departments and $75 at CVS, which will be reimbursed on your first paycheck if you keep the receipt.
