Key Responsibilities:

2. Customer Service: Provide timely, friendly, and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads by engaging with potential customers and introducing them to our offerings.
4. Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to customers.
5. Order Processing: Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and following up on delivery status.

7. Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate customer records and sales data using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
2. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
3. Self-starter with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
4. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
