Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Server with a passion for Mexican food and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in serving, specifically in a restaurant setting, and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends. We take pride in making everything from scratch, including our vibrant dishes, all freshly prepared each day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
2. Take and serve orders for food and beverages, including traditional Mexican dishes.
3. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have about the menu items.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies as needed.
5. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as responsible food service guidelines.
6. Assist with opening and closing duties, particularly on weekends.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Server, with the ability to handle multiple tables and orders.
2. Knowledge of traditional Mexican dishes and beverages is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Open availability and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
