Hiring an Experienced Bartender

At Elysees Petit Bistro, we’re transforming from a beloved café by day into a cozy, candle-lit bistro by night. With a passion for exceptional food, drink, and hospitality, we’re excited to launch our soft opening this February. Our bistro will provide the perfect ambiance for date nights, intimate gatherings, and unforgettable dining experiences.

We’re looking for an experienced bartender to join our team and bring their passion for crafting beverages and creating memorable guest experiences to our cozy, warm setting.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a bistro, fine dining, or similar setting.
2. Must hold a valid SIR (Serving It Right) certification and WSET Level 1 certification.
3. Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology.
4. Passion for hospitality, food, and drink, with a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Dedication to teamwork and collaboration.
7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
