Minimum Requirements:

  1. Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
  2. Several years (2~3 years) of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
  3. Having Serve It Right Saskatchewan (SIRS) certification is an asset.
  4. Proficient in English is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant.
  2. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  3. Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
  4. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
  5. Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  7. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.

Position Details:

  • 30 hours per week (full-time and permanent position).
  • Wage: $32.40 per hour.
  • 5.77% vacation pay, free meals and gratuities.
