What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Handle inbound customer calls in a call center environment, providing support for clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech
  2. Track, document, and resolve incident tickets related to workflow issues, application errors, and user access
  3. Maintain a designated workspace, ensuring a quiet and private environment with reliable internet connectivity
  4. Drive resolution of incidents while remaining in the phone queue for 8 to 10-hour shifts
  5. Participate in ongoing training and shift flexibility as per client and business needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  2. High school diploma or equivalent required
  3. Minimum of 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience
  4. Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
  5. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. if needed for equipment setup

  2. Proven service philosophy in interactions with clinicians and colleagues
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficient typing and English language skills, both verbally and in writing
  5. Exceptional ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong listening capabilities
