Help Desk Analyst (Temporary, Full-Time)
Location: Peterborough, ON (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Position Duration: Unknown
Rate of Pay: $932.78 - $1,097.38

As a Help Desk Analyst, You Will:

• Contribute to the success of Kawartha by providing service excellence.
• Provide first level support; offering remote assistance for staff experiencing difficulties with computer hardware, applications, and peripherals.
• Respond to, monitor, and escalate reported security alerts.
• Manage, assign, and complete Help Desk tickets as required.
• Create and maintain technical and audit documentation.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education with an emphasis in Computer Technology, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Information Systems experience.
• Prior experience providing first or second level technical support.
• Previous experience in the financial industry is a strong asset.
