Position Summary:

We’re seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support the hardware and software used by members of Team SPS. You’ll combine your technical aptitude and commitment to positive customer experiences to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot core user systems including hardware, operating system, networking, and applications, responding to our internal customers via JIRA tickets, Slack, and our walk-up Help Desk (TechBar).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deploy laptops and software for employees following the SPS Commerce standards and guidelines
  • Create and maintain documentation of repeatable steps and publish knowledge base articles for SPS team members
  • Serve as primary support for troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues on laptops, printers, and video conferencing equipment
  • Assist with the preparation and implementation of system upgrades and special projects
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and equipment that may benefit SPS team members, such as user laptops, peripherals, and software.

Location:

This is an onsite role in our downtown office in Toronto.

Required Qualifications:

  • College degree plus 1 year of Help Desk experience or 3+ years of Tech Support experience
  • Strong working knowledge and experience using and troubleshooting Office 365 and the MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global team environment
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
  • High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with utilizing Intune, Entra, and Endpoint for device management
  • Familiarity with JAMF for managing MacOS is highly preferred
  • Ability to solve problems and provide tactical leadership

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.

The annual salary range for this role is: $46,700 - $60,000. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
