Bayview Trucks & Equipment Ltd. is a full service, parts and sales dealer for Kenworth Trucks and KUBOTA farm and construction Equipment. We are currently seeking an Agriculture Tech for our Kubota division at our Fredericton, New Brunswick location. • Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate, and compensation is based on level of certification and experience.

Key Responsibilities for a Technician:

1. Demonstrate proficiency in the repair and diagnosis of various systems, including but not limited to engines, power trains, electrical systems, steering systems, electronics, brake systems, suspension systems, and many add-on implements associated with construction equipment.
2. Identify and determine parts required for repair of disassembled units.
3. Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services.
4. Identify warrantable repairs and document on repair order.
5. Road test vehicles when necessary to diagnose malfunctions or verify repair resolution.
6. Complete technical reports from different manufacturers in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Ability to work in a team environment and present themselves in a professional manner with a positive cooperative attitude.
8. Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Completion of a College certification for Heavy Equipment Service and/or Ag Technician - MINIMUM BLOCK 3 COMPLETION.
2. Ability to lift and move a maximum of 50 lbs (or in accordance with provincial workplace health & safety standards).
3. Willing and able to continue training to obtain a license.
4. Clean Driver’s abstract and Criminal Reference check.
5. Basic computer skills with the ability to work in Windows-based software.
6. Minimum 4 Years Experience In a Service Environment.
