Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist

Responsibilities:

Manage the customer journey by:

1. Administering comprehensive hearing evaluations, educating on the effects of hearing loss, and providing quality after-care services.
2. Offering personalized customer consultations on hearing solutions to fit every unique need and lifestyle.
3. Guiding the customer through device fitting and demonstration, while educating them on the importance of hearing health.

Promote hearing health awareness and integrity through:

1. Community outreach events and partnership engagement.
2. Ensuring data accuracy and privacy by maintaining customer records and compliance with all protected customer healthcare data.
3. Staying current on industry trends and maintaining professional credentials through continuous education and networking.

Lead sales of hearing aids and accessories by:

1. Contributing to individual and office revenue goals.
2. Driving local engagement by supporting marketing initiatives and managing special events.
3. Partnering with the Client Care Coordinator to ensure a seamless customer experience, effective schedule management and store operations.

Qualifications:

1. A diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program or a Masters degree in Audiology.
2. Registered and in good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body.
3. Students and recent graduates who are completing their licensure requirements are encouraged to apply.
4. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS Systems.
