Job Description:
This position is located at the Lachine Center in Montreal (HR department).

Job Responsibilities:
- Administration of injury claims (CNESST / Alberta, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador)
- Processing payments - CNESST
- Calculation and reporting of earnings
- Data and report management
- Support for the G-SHRMIS database for injury reporting
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Responding to general inquiries and other assigned administrative tasks
- HOIR reports
- Case management, coverage for the specialist
Position Type: Full-time / Permanent
Work Days: Monday to Friday (must be available to work all 5 days of the week)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week)
Work Duration: 8 hours per day (requires flexibility for start and end times)
Work Location: 1221 32ND AVENUE, LACHINE, QC H8T 3H2 Canada
Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills, MS Word, Excel
- Attention to detail
- Time management and ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer service
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems
- Bilingual (French/English) - both oral and written, required
- Knowledge of WCB / CNESST policy/legislation is an asset
