Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team to support our US healthcare book of business. As a part of this role, you will be hiring healthcare professionals for 100s of hospitals across the United States.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Source candidates using diverse recruitment channels.
2. Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
3. Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to strategic hiring plans.
4. Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows effectively.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client interactions.

Qualifications :

1. 1+ years in recruiting (agency or corporate).
2. Experience in healthcare recruitment.
3. Past experience with North American recruitment/market.
4. Familiarity with ATS platforms.
