WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• A newly created role, you’ll be working closely with the current H&S person, helping shape and lead H&S initiatives from the ground up.
• You’ll play a key role in fostering a safe, compliant, and positive workplace culture.
• Creating required reporting for internal & external stakeholders (strong Excel proficiency required; PowerBI experience is a bonus).
• On-site visits to ensure compliance is met (includes regional visits/travel – e.g., Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Northland).
• Encouraging staff participation and compliance.
• Investigating onsite accidents and implementing corrective measures.
• Lots more! This role is going to be a journey for someone, with lots of growth!
