Overview
The Health & Safety Administrator will play a pivotal role overseeing that our client's needs are met, while ensuring additional office duties are completed in an efficient and effective manner.

This position requires a strong understanding of computer programs, excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask and communicate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • General office duties such as answering phones, emails, etc.
  • Booking clients into courses and/or services.
  • Processing payments.
  • Creating and maintaining client specific health and safety programs.
  • Drug and Alcohol screening (full training will be provided).
  • Audiometric screening (full training will be provided).

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, students, and team members.
  • Strong public relation skills with the ability to cross sell.
  • Quick learning is essential to guarantee the highest level of service.
  • Proficient in computers and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team.
  • Knowledge of Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Legislation will be considered an asset, but is not mandatory.

This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of health and safety services, while fostering an environment for growth within the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
