Bart & Taylor are a collection of award-winning, premium boutique bars and restaurants, spanning from London to the north of England, each with their own unique concept and style. We are now recruiting a Head Pizza Chef at our East Croydon, Pizza and Tap Bar concept, Trickle. Trickle focuses on freshly made, premium Neapolitan style pizzas, Wings and Sides, and a drink offering that centres around a wide range of expertly curated draught cocktails, wine, and beer.
The successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience in a pizza-focused concept and be comfortable leading and training an effective kitchen team, ensuring full adherence to food safety processes and company procedures. We provide a clear path of progression to those who desire it through our company pathway program. As the Trickle brand is expanding, the room for progression in the role is very realistic and achievable.

Salary: £15 – £17 hourly
