Responsibilities:
As the Principal, you’ll be the cornerstone of the center, overseeing daily operations and ensuring that the mission of excellence in education is met at every level. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guide and inspire a team of experienced educators and staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Implement innovative educational programs that cater to the developmental needs of children aged 3-5 years.
- Manage enrollment, budgeting, and resources to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the board to create a supportive and engaging environment.
- Step into the classroom as needed, bringing your expertise and passion for education directly to our students.
- Maintain adherence to all licensing, health, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Educator certificate required; Montessori training is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Comfortable stepping into the classroom or tackling administrative challenges directly.
