MoxiWorks is a leading property technology SaaS company founded by one of the industry’s leading real estate brokerage companies. With the real estate industry undergoing major change, MoxiWorks seeks to redefine the accessibility, usability, and utility of sales and marketing software used by real estate brokerages and their agents.
We seek, via our Canadian partner Softmax Data, a Head of Growth Marketing to lead our strategic marketing initiatives, focusing on pipeline generation and revenue growth. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive demand-generation strategies, collaborating closely with our sales and peer marketing teams. You will also oversee owned and paid campaigns, use analytics to drive decisions, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Your expertise should extend across the entire buyer’s journey and a diverse set of channels, including SEO, web, events, database/email marketing, and paid (e.g., PPC, social, email, webinars, content syndication, and more). A strong background in demand generation of mid-market B2B SaaS is required, and data-driven decision-making is crucial to optimizing our marketing efforts. This leadership role requires hands-on work and is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver offices.
The range for this role is up to CAD$207k + up to 10% bonus depending on experience/acumen and Softmax Data benefits include:
