Your Role in Our Journey
As our Head of Client Services, you’ll play a key role in leading our client services and marketing function. You’ll be responsible for providing strategic direction, fostering client & team relationships, and ensuring operational excellence—helping to achieve our goal of being the BEST and biggest AMC. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), your work will directly impact our clients and teams, delivering exceptional service and maximizing client satisfaction. Compensation Expectations for the Role:
We believe in fair, transparent, and growth-focused compensation. Our salary bands are designed to ensure equity across roles (and internally), with most new hires starting at the lower end to allow room for development and progression. That said, we recognize and reward experience—strong, seasoned candidates may start higher within the band.
$130,000 - $156,000 base salary based on experience.
