We’ve delivered Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We’re building our double cab pickup, the Quartermaster.

Role Overview

The Head of Canada is responsible for leading the Sales Operations, Network Development, Aftersales, and Marketing activities within the Canada region. Developing and monitoring the go-to-market strategy for the region in line with the overall Americas plan.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  1. Define, develop, and implement the Canada regional plan to achieve overall business objectives and financial targets. This includes ensuring business predictability by establishing a strong foundation and driving delivery, while aligning with the broader Americas and Global strategy.
  2. Research, identify and establish regional partnerships & cooperations with individuals and companies fitting the Ineos Automotive brand.
  3. Establish network for Sales and Aftersales for Ineos Automotive in the region.
  4. Collect and analyse market data and market potential and make recommendations for market entry plans and routes to market.
  5. Oversee a robust set of standards for sales and after-sales – our brand guardian.
  6. Work closely with the chosen agencies on Marketing & Communications to tailor the global strategy to the region and ensure its implementation.
  7. Management of the INEOS owned Event Hubs, including regional strategies of engagement with VIPs, journalists, and off-road clubs.
  8. Engage with potential Fleet customers in the region and ensure that RFI’s and RFP’s are prepared for the tenders in collaboration with the Fleet Sales Manager Americas.

What we are looking for:

  1. Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role ideally within the automotive or related industry.
  2. Strong understanding of the Canadian automotive market, including dealer networks and consumer behaviour and latest trends.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  4. Ability to work in a scale-up organisation with a positive, flexible, solution-driven attitude.
  5. Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting tight deadlines and financial targets.
