  • Partnerships & Brand Awareness: Cultivate strategic partnerships, represent Redstone at industry events, and work with senior leadership to develop and host initiatives that boost brand visibility and generate leads. Champion the Redstone Brand and work closely with ELT/SLT/LT and Marketing teams to generate new and fresh ideas to market Redstone in the industry.
  • Proposal Management: Lead proposal creation, review, and delivery, ensuring competitive, profitable, high-quality submissions.
  • Industry Event Management: Manage participation in industry conferences and networking events; implement/oversee requirements and goals for Redstone attendees.
  • Business Development Tools & KPIs: Utilize HubSpot and other tools to monitor KPIs, measure success, and optimize strategies for continuous growth. Become the resident HubSpot expert.
  • Supplier Network: Manage Redstone’s Preferred Supplier Network, including supplier research, proposals, contracting, onboarding, and performance monitoring, and manage Redstone’s rebate and commissionable business.

You’ll Thrive in this Role if:

  • You have 8+ years of experience leading, directing, and coaching high performing teams that operate in client facing administrative or agency roles.

  • You have a bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Business, Communications, Event Management, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.

Serious Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience working at an agency, not-for-profit, or association management company.
  • You are bilingual in English / French.

We believe in fair, transparent, and growth-focused compensation. Our salary bands are designed to ensure equity across roles (and internally), with most new hires starting at the lower end to allow room for development and progression. That said, we recognize and reward experience—strong, seasoned candidates may start higher within the band.
