Tasks

1. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
2. Establish work schedules
3. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
4. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
5. Oversee payroll administration
6. Conduct performance reviews
7. Assist in display of merchandise
