Responsibilities

Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing proper phone etiquette.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist with reservations and manage bookings as needed.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel environment is a plus.
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
