Guest Service Event Coordinator

As a member of the Guest Services team, the employee in this position will provide support in all aspects of the guest groups experience from early communication and arranging of details for their event to welcoming the guests and hosting them during their stay; making sure all details are in order and needs are met so they can accomplish the goals and purpose of their event here. Christ-centered hospitality is our focus, and this position has a front facing, direct impact to this mission and purpose of sharing the love of Christ and drawing others to Him in all that we say and do. This position may fill both guest service host and camp registrar roles for our own programed events, as scheduled by the Guest Services Manager. This employee will support all operational departments to ensure a seamless experience for our guests, which includes food service and housekeeping as needs arise.

General Qualifications:

The standard qualifications for being on Warm Beach Camp staff is being willing and able in good conscience to support our statement of faith, values and mission as an evangelical Christian, non-profit ministry. We are also looking for a person who has strong attention to detail, accurate and good follow-through. Must have strong customer service skills, be a clear communicator, and be willing to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings as scheduled to serve and host guest groups and events. Specifics:

Position will begin in April or May. This is a year-round, full-time 40 hours a week position. Pay range will be $18.00 to $20.00/hour DOE.
