Guest Relations Officer | USA OPEN JOBS vacancy in Halifax Canada

Responsibilities:

• Supervising restaurant’s functioning before and during meal times and supporting the service staff, ensuring this is carried out to company standards.
• Ensuring meal standards are adhered to before meals leave the kitchen.
• Checking guests in and out, and taking care of guests' requests and needs during their stay.
• Act on guests' requests for additional services and supplies.
• Liaising with senior lodge management to report anomalies, variances, and new ideas for improvements.
• Assisting with stock counts and weekly and monthly reports.
