Job Summary

Location: Morgan Stanley, Montreal

Schedule: Monday to Friday

If you were to come on board as one of our Corporate Concierge/ Guest Experience Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

Food and Catering Services:

  1. Communicate in person or teams/zoom with the clients to assist in the planning, budget, and execution of high level, large catering events.
  2. Work with outside vendors to satisfy client requests.
  3. Ensure the client is provided with a detailed price quote and detailed invoice of the catering event.
  4. Be present to manage during the set up and ensure that the client is 100% content with the execution of the event.
  5. Train, coach and schedule the catering team for upcoming events.
  6. Work with the manager and chef on menu creation, food cost, inventory, staff training and onboarding.

Community Ambassador

  1. Manage all the locker banks for new employees/departing employees and employees changing work areas.
  2. Manage and maintain the reservation desk for incoming VIPs, reserve and prepare an office space for their visit.
  3. Lead activities (team building) for wellness, culinary and fun activities.
  4. Ensure all offices and spaces are clean and organized and have all the proper tools for teams to work.
  5. Be part of the MS onboarding team welcome new associates.
  6. Send out office wide communications to promote upcoming events.
  7. Verify open markets and all vending, coffee machines to ensure all products are fresh and well stacked and communicate with the team to fix any issues in a time sensitive manner.
  8. Conduct regular walk throughs of the entire space looking for anything in need of repair or improvement and report findings to the proper department.

Think you have what it takes to be a Corporate Concierge/ Guest Experience Manager? Here’s how we’ll know you will be successful:

  1. Relevant post-secondary education and 1-year of experience in office administration required.
  2. Experience in customer service in a restaurant or catering setting.
  3. Strong skills in time management, organization, and project management.
  4. Exceptional customer service skills with the willingness to be flexible.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
