About the Role
Hi, I'm Sebastian, Director of Revenue Operations, and I am hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to execute and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role is an onsite position at our downtown Toronto office (Adelaide and Spadina).
Where You Come In
As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing our growth and performance marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with the product and sales teams to create and implement strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue growth for Loop. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and has a proven track record of managing successful growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search, social, email, and affiliate marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, marketing automation and overall campaign performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Continuously test and iterate on creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Identify new channels and market opportunities to accelerate Loop’s growth.
- Develop and execute growth experiments to find new scalable customer acquisition channels for Loop.
- Develop and run an SEO strategy in order to increase long term organic search and social visibility and website traffic.
- Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude) to understand user behavior and optimize the customer journey.
- Allocate and prioritize the performance marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Forecast and report on monthly and quarterly budget spend and performance outcomes.
- Work closely with product marketing to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages for Loop’s suite of products.
- Collaborate with revenue operations to build dashboards and automate reporting processes.
- Coordinate with sales and customer success to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing role in a startup.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and how to accelerate high quality organic website traffic.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Clear and precise communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
It's a Bonus if You Have
- Experience in Tech, even better in FinTech.
- Experience working with small teams, particularly at startups.
What we offer
- Salary range CAD$80,000-$115,000 annual, commensurate with experience.
- Equity ranging 0.01-0.05%.

Interview Process
- 30 minutes video call to discuss the opportunity and the organization with Sebastian, Director of Revenue Operation.
- 60 minutes in person meeting with 2 team members of the team.
- Take home questionnaire and assignment.
- 60 minutes in person meeting with Cato, CEO and Co-Founder, and Sarah, Chief of Staff.
