We’re the leading solution in a fast-growing segment that has become a must-have in the wealth industry, and we’ve ridden our product leadership to profitability, a team of 50 and market leadership. We win most discussions we get into - however, too many firms still don’t know we exist.

As we expand our business to domination across Canada and international expansion, we’re looking for someone to make sure we’re in the right conversations – whether through cold outreach, inbound campaigns or brand awareness.

The Job

We are hiring for someone with a fantastic digital-native command of social media, a relentless networker, and a readiness to shake up processes or build new ones. You need to come in with an existing understanding of wealth and finance, and be comfortable working with CEOs and VPs to rapidly make things happen. And critically, as a tech company, you need to quickly understand our product and be able to pitch why it’s the right solution for the industry.

This means, reporting directly to the CEO, your job will be approximately 50/50 across:

  1. Sales development
    • Building lead lists
    • Building outreach campaigns and using tools to scale them
    • Networking and outreach to schedule demos for prospects with the Sales team
    • Ultimately leading the build-out of an SDR team
  2. Growth marketing
    • High activity engagement on LinkedIn targeting potential clients
    • Website refinements to improve funnel conversion, SEO and traffic metrics
    • Developing strategies and processes to automate further growth

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of wealth and finance
  • Strong knowledge of technology, particularly sales and growth marketing tools
  • Minimum 1000 followers on social media (link socials in application)
  • B.Com or comparable degree from a major Canadian university
  • Strong investment banking, venture capital, entrepreneurship, wealth/finance sales or fund wholesaling experience
  • Data-driven mentality
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves to build, including making calls, setting up campaigns, and making website changes without waiting for support or guidance
  • French fluency a strong asset

Location

  • Montreal (preference) or Toronto
