Position Responsibilities:

  • Expanding sales growth and advisor relationships in the Eastern group benefits market.
  • Working with the Advisor and our Underwriting/Service teams to acquire new clients.
  • Optimizing delivery of value-added products and services.
  • Promoting Manulife Financial group insurance products and services.

The ideal candidate has a passion for winning and being part of a dynamic and constantly evolving sales environment. They can work autonomously but also collaborate as part of a larger sales team.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree (in business or related field).
  • Ideally, 3-5 years Group Benefits sales experience and CEBS - GBA Designation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including proficiency at making and holding presentations.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Professionalism & Integrity.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
