• Perform maintenance of exterior property grounds to ensure guest appeal and safety
• Maintain gardens and seasonal planters including planting of flowers and plants, mulching, watering, weeding, and regular upkeep
• Mow the grass, prune shrubs and trees, leaf blowing, sweeping the lot, and watering of plants
• Responsible for upkeep of exterior appearance of the building including washing of exterior windows and pressure washing designated areas
• Conduct garbage pick up and removal of garbage from the gardens
• Empty and polish cigarette butt stops
• Prepare outdoor spaces for seasonal transitions
• Participate in safety discussions with the team and ensure priority areas are addressed quickly

• 1-3 years previous property maintenance/landscaping experience is preferred
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Results oriented and self-motivated
• Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability both mid-week and on weekends
• Valid G Class Drivers License required
