Position Overview:

We are recruiting Family Physicians to join our established private practice in Sidney, BC. You’ll be working under the LFP payment model, with additional earnings available through Fee-for-Service (FFS) billings.

Compensation & Package:

• Guaranteed annual income of $385,000 CAD, backed by the BC Ministry of Health
• 70/30% split on FFS billings on top (you retain 70%)
• Earning potential above $500,000 CAD per year
• $10,000 CAD relocation bonus
• 3-year contract with opportunity to extend
• Flexible schedule, typically 3–5 days per week
• Patient volume: 18–20 patients per day– designed for quality over quantity
• Full support provided for CPSBC registration, immigration, and relocation logistics

Ideal Candidate:

• GMC-registered GP or American Board Certified in Family Medicine with recent general practice experience
• Eligible for or open to obtaining licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC)
• Ready to commit to living and working in Canada for a minimum of 3 years
• Passionate about continuity of care and patient-centred medicine
